Sunday Morning
Abandoned and forgotten
That is how you perceive me
Broken, withered and old
Just left to fade away
To be ravaged by nature
A voice silenced by neglect
But if you listen carefully
My spirit still plays a melody
You hear it in the air
In the memories I invoke
And if you allow yourself a smile
I shall never be forgotten.
That is how you perceive me
Broken, withered and old
Just left to fade away
To be ravaged by nature
A voice silenced by neglect
But if you listen carefully
My spirit still plays a melody
You hear it in the air
In the memories I invoke
And if you allow yourself a smile
I shall never be forgotten.

Redskins Start Season Opening Practice Without Donovan McNabb Who Moves to the Vikings
Looks like we open the season with Rex Grossman. Zoey is Bery Upset. Every year we have a quarterback issue.
The Washington Redskins, Vikings and Donovan McNabb have finalized a deal for the veteran quarterback to be traded to Minnesota, a source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.
According to sources, the trade will involve a 2012 sixth-round draft pick and a conditional sixth-round pick for 2013 going to Washington. The Redskins had wanted fifth- and seventh-round picks from Minnesota.
TGIF
All across the nation our TGIF model is showing you it's a weekend of water sports and water relaxation where ever you are and the temps are way into the 90's. Drink lots of water, go sailing, stop to swim in the lake, rivers or even just hang out at your own pool. The heat index is making it hard for some folks to breathe and swimming is a good heart exercise when the sun is scorching the good Earth. So round up some friends and get into the ocean, rivers and streams. Make it a great weekend.

Fascinating Carving Art
I saw something very similar on the west side of Kitty Hawk, away from the ocean and on a lagoon where the artists carved into the driftwood people raising their hands to the heavens. It was really interesting and they lacquered the wood so it would shine and last a long time. I wish I could find those photos.
She is Soooooo Stupid
Yesterday on CNN she said Obama gave TARP money to the banks on Wall Street and he's responsible for that debt. Wolf Blitzer reminded her that it was George Bush who handed out the TARP in 2008. Then the result of two poorly planned wars, tax cuts to the rich, and loopholes for the oil companies, Bush handed Obama $12.4 Trillion in debt when Obama took office.
These people are LIARS. They re-write History. They are a sicko Culture. Here's her direct quote to CNN:
"Scaring the American people is exactly what President Obama is doing. In that bizarre speech that he gave last night, it reminded me of when he insisted that TARP had to be passed -- it was life-or-death, at that time, also."
-- Sarah Palin, in an interview on Fox News, arguing against raising the nation's debt ceiling and apparently forgetting that she supported the TARP legislation as a vice presidential candidate in 2008.
