But I won't be Kayaking a great waterfall to get there this morning. I'm not even dressed appropriately. No. I'll use my car to get to Orlando and leave early enough to beat the rush hour. And believe me that 417 still is crowded with Disney traffic this time of the year. So while I have a long drive. . . you think of all the good things coming your way this week. Get some heart healthy exercise and hoepfully the goblins won't gobble you when you get home tonight.

Sunday Morning
What in your life is calling you?
When all the noise is silenced,
the meetings adjourned,
the lists laid aside,
and the wild iris blooms by itself
in the dark forest,
what still pulls on your soul?
In the silence between your heartbeats
hides a summons.
Do you hear it?
Name it, if you must,
or leave it forever nameless,
but why pretend it is not there?

TGIF
Well there's no question about our model this week wanting us to dance the Watusi this weekend. Afterall, it is good exercise. I like the way she's giving it a 50's flavor. I might as well try that as anything else because rain is in our forecast for Florida. I do have to be at a birthday party for my granddaughter who is making it a combined Halloween event. I won't stay for the sleep over. So wherever you are do the Watusi this weekend and make it a great weekend for heart healthy exercise.

You're Kidding?
CBS Early Show News (10-25-11)On Average our children by the time they are 18 years old have spent 10,000 hours playing video games which represents more hours spent in school. This is a very serious by-product of our current economic condition and lifestyle. How is this next generation going to protect and maintain the economy that we are going to entrust to them?
On the other side of the coin, if we could design jobs around the playing of video games, these kids would be a "perfect fit," and US employers would not have to look in other countries for workers. Also, some of our Colleges and Universities are looking into the possibility of designing curriculums around video games. If that were to become a reality, then these kids would be a "perfect fit" there as well.

Well It's Off to Work We Go!
Found this post card in a box my Mother-in-Law left behind along with a few letters from husband Dick Dewey during World War II. Being a soldier once myself, I love the hut -tew-three-four as we marched along. Well, I won't be marching today. I will be holding down the fort as they say, working in the office to cover for the troops. hehehe. So you all make it a great week and take time out for some heart healthy exercise.
